1 Purpose

Liberta Wallet is an electronic wallet service provided by the company Liberta: Travel Agency - Category A, located at 10 Rue Abderrahmen Azzem 1073 Montplaisir – TUNIS – Tunisia, Email: contact@libertavoyages, allowing users to:

• Deposit amounts intended exclusively for the purchase of products and services from Liberta Voyages;
• Receive contributions or donations from relatives or friends;
• Manage their balance in a simple, transparent, and secure manner.

The use of Liberta Wallet implies full and complete acceptance of these general conditions.

The use of Liberta Wallet is subject to the Privacy Policy of Liberta Voyages.

To use Liberta Wallet, you must accept the following Conditions. We invite you to read them carefully. Some services and features may not be available in all countries. For more information, please consult the Liberta Wallet Help Center here.

2 Account opening and management

• The opening of a Liberta Wallet account is reserved for adults with legal capacity.
• Only one account is allowed per user.
• The user is responsible for keeping their login details confidential and for any use made of them.

3 Funding the account

The Liberta Wallet can be funded by:

• Personal deposits made by the user through payment methods offered by Liberta Voyages.
• Donations made by third parties (friends, relatives), subject to acceptance by the user.

Deposit methods include the following:

• Bank transfer from an account in their name;
• Payment by credit card;
• Cash deposit at Liberta Voyages agencies;
• Other payment methods that Liberta Voyages may offer in the future.

Any amount credited to the Liberta Wallet is immediately available for the purchase of products and services from Liberta Voyages, subject to transaction validation by Liberta Voyages.

4 Use of funds

• Amounts in the “Liberta Wallet” may only be used to purchase products and services offered by Liberta Voyages.
• Donations received may not be withdrawn or transferred without the explicit agreement of the Contributor.
• Personal deposits may be withdrawn at any time free of charge, subject to identity verification and regulatory compliance.
• The account holder may request the withdrawal of the available balance corresponding only to the amounts they personally credited to their Liberta Wallet, excluding donations received, unless expressly agreed by the Contributor.
• The withdrawal request is made directly from the Liberta Wallet application, using the dedicated form.
• Liberta Voyages undertakes to return the funds within a maximum of seventy-two (72) working hours from the validation of the request.
• The Contributor may financially contribute to a holder’s “Wallet” by specifically choosing the Liberta Voyages product or service they wish to fund.
• Once the product or service has been selected by the Contributor, the funds paid may not be allocated to another product or service other than the one initially chosen, unless expressly agreed by the Contributor.
• Only the Contributor, with the holder’s agreement, may request the refund of the amount given as a donation. Without this joint agreement, donations remain allocated to the product or service initially chosen.

5 Account sharing

• The account holder may invite friends or relatives to contribute to their Liberta Wallet via a link or a secure identifier provided by Liberta Voyages.
• The account holder remains responsible for managing access and the use of funds.
• The invited user cannot modify the holder’s personal information or withdraw funds, unless authorized by the holder through the Liberta Voyages application.

6 Withdrawals

• Authorized withdrawals: only on amounts personally loaded by the account holder.
• Prohibited withdrawals: donations, unless prior documented agreement of the Contributor.
• Withdrawals are made using the methods defined by Liberta Voyages and may require a technical processing time (See: Article 4 Use of funds).

7 Fees

• No fees are applied for the deposit, management, or withdrawal of personal funds.
• Liberta Voyages reserves the right to charge fees for optional services (e.g., special transfer), after prior notification to the user.

8 Security and compliance

The user agrees to use the “Wallet” in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

9 Liability

• Liberta Voyages cannot be held responsible in case of loss due to misuse or disclosure of login details by the user.
• The user must immediately report any unauthorized use of their account.

10 Account suspension and closure

• Liberta Voyages may suspend or close an account in case of fraud, misuse, or non-compliance with these conditions.
• The user may request the closure of their account and the withdrawal of their personal funds at any time.

11 Modification of the conditions

Liberta Voyages reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time. The modifications will be notified to the user, who may accept them or request the closure of their account.

12 Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

These conditions are subject to Tunisian law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the registered office of Liberta Voyages.
